Contact	Two hours of lectures and up to two hours of tutorials and seminars per week
Subject Description	Application of financial mathematics to property valuation and analysis. Further investment theory. Property market analysis; commercial, retail, industrial, residential markets. Property investment analysis and discounted cash flow. Valuation theory and practice; the income, cost and market comparison approaches. Property management, statutory costs and building operating costs.
Assessment	One 3-hour examination (60%). Assignments totalling no more than 4000 words (40%).
