Subject Description | Students undertake field mapping in undeformed and mildly deformed sedimentary and volcanic sequences; and field investigations of mineral deposits and their host sequences. This field course complements other subject areas and will give students a range of experience in topics like regional geology, stratigraphy and rock relationships in the field, and mineral and rock identification in the field. |
Assessment | Assessment of field work totalling up to 20 pages. |
