Subject Description | This subject is based around the completion of a significant information systems project that is of immediate practical use. Clients of the project will be both external and internal to the University. Students may work in teams, depending on the size of the project. Regular meetings of the entire group of students in the subject will be the occasion for students to provide progress reports. There will be lectures and discussions on such topics as project selection, the project process, relevant Australian standards, and information technology architectures. At the completion of this subject, students should have gained experience in:

Assessment | Progress and end-of-semester reports and end-of-semester presentation. Students may be assessed on individual contributions to group work. Weighting of the assessment components will be announced at the commencement of the subject. |
