Subject Description

This subject utilises a problem-based learning approach and will build on knowledge and skills developed in 485-200 Education 2C Computers in the Primary Classroom and will equip students for leadership with IT in primary schools. The subject will explore a range of aspects of using IT in primary schools. Topics covered will be selected from integrating computers into classroom activities; planning for IT use for schools and classroom; management of IT resources (including budgeting and maintenance); and professional development for teachers.

Assessment

Assignments totalling 4000 words.
