Subject Description

Topics include comparative analysis of HRD in selected international contexts from various perspectives including economic, political, organisational, cultural and historical; comparative assessment of performance; the implications of globalisation of the world economy for HRD; and the role of HRD in developing countries and role and function of international development assistance programs.

Assessment

Essays, assignments, and/or class presentation equivalent to 4000 words (100%).
