Subject Description | Topics include an introduction to selected learning theories, concrete and abstract thinking; theories of intelligence; strategies for identifying the learning needs of individuals; and a consideration of individual learning, teaching and training styles and how these affect communication in education and training. |
Assessment | A 2-hour examination on critical concepts of this subject (50%), and essays, assignments, and/or class presentation equivalent to 2000 words (50%). |
