Subject Description | This subject explores how adults learn (andragogic theory); particularly in work settings; individual differences in learning styles; intelligence, reason, emotion and intuition and implications for teaching and learning, experiential learning, linear and non-linear thinking, reflective practice, action learning and group learning; issues of diversity, equality, barriers, power and responsibility for learning. |
