Subject Description

This subject introduces students to the Old Norse Language and aims at providing basic reading skills. Viking Studies B builds on the historical and cultural knowledge of the Viking Era acquired in Viking Studies A, and seeks to consolidate and deepen that knowledge through the study of authentic Saga material, mostly in the original.
