Subject Description | In this subject, students undertake supervised research and reading on traditional or contemporary Japan, or Japanese language, using Japanese language sources, such as books, journals, internet access, satellite television and newspapers. Students may also make use of Western language materials to develop an understanding of the different approaches and methodologies in the study of Japan, through a comparison of Japanese and Western language materials. |
