Prerequisites | 110-103 Japanese 3A Core and 110-104 Japanese 3A-IT or equivalent. New students who have had some prior experience with the language may not enrol unless they have taken a placement test in the week preceding the first week of semester. |

Subject Description | The format of this subject is similar to 110-103 Japanese 3A Core, but will deal with longer, more complex texts. A further 100 Chinese characters will be introduced. |
Assessment | Assignments and quizzes totalling 1000 words, a 2-hour examination, and two 10-minute oral tests. Students are required to attend a minimum of 70% of all classes in order to be eligible to take examinations. |
