Subject Description | In this subject students will study modern Hebrew literary texts, conversational idiom and grammar. At the completion of this subject students should have an enriched knowledge of the language through the use of modern Hebrew literature, the modern idiom spoken in Israel today, including its vocabulary, grammar and syntax, and be prepared for a broader range of expertise. |
Assessment | Written work of 1000 words, aural/oral testing equivalent to 1000 words, a 2-hour examination, and class participation. |
