The School of Physics in the Faculty of Science offers three streams of physics at first year which may be taken as part of the Bachelor of Arts degree.

1. Faculty of Arts requirements

Students undertaking the Bachelor of Arts are permitted to enrol in a range of subjects offered by other faculties, however students must complete a minimum of 50 points at first year in areas of study approved by the Faculty of Arts. See Arts-approved subject requirement for more information.

Combined course students will not usually be eligible to enrol in these subjects as part of their Bachelor of Arts. Students should consult with a Faculty of Arts course adviser for more information.

2. Prerequisites

Students should refer to 100-level subjects in the physics section for important information about prerequisites.
