Subject Description | The objective of this subject is to enable participants to:
The content includes the elements of a major business report; the presentation of a major report in written and seminar format to meet the needs of a financier and for shareholders; and the preparation of a business plan to include the analysis showing sustainable competitive advantage, research and development program to support the competitive advantage, market analysis (current and forward) finance and cash flow analysis, competitive analysis. |
Assessment | Internal and external students: assignment based on study guide (20%); verbal presentation of business plan (10%); report on skills acquisition to support competitive advantage (20%); business plan (50%). |
