Subject Description | The objective of this subject is to enable participants to:
The content includes difference between law and justice; statute and common law; law of contract, bailment, principal and agent, insurance, securities, consumer law and trade practices; and negligence and legal action, business legal structures. |
Assessment | Internal: objective tests (20%), assignments (20%), class presentations (40%), examination (20%). External: two assignments of 2000 words (50% each). |
