Up to two days per week throughout semester and over the semester break, in a facility approved by the Faculty of Music. One-hour tutorial per week at University

Subject Description

Topics include orientation to the placement facility; observation of client needs and programs; graded introduction to assessment of client needs; and implementation of music therapy programs, evaluation and reporting (verbatim and written).

Assessment

A written report of 3000 words, comprising either a case study or a group project. Satisfactory pass on clinical training assessment.
