Subject Description

In this subject, students will learn basic playing, maintenance and tuning techniques on at least one instrument from the string, woodwind, brass or guitar families, and learn the fundamentals of group teaching techniques in string, woodwind, brass or guitar.

Assessment

Performance of 10 minutes (50%); resource folio of 2000 words (30%); composition for 3-5 instruments of the family under study of 3 minutes duration (20%).
