Prerequisites

A grade of B or higher in the BMus audition, a pass in the Faculty musicianship and aural test and a minimum IELTS score of 5.5.

A 45-minute individual practical lesson each week of semester; attendance at concert class of 1.5 hours as required; weekly attendance at Instrument Class of 2 hours per week

Subject Description

Students will develop instrumental or vocal technique and awareness of the stylistic and interpretive characteristics of the repertory studied, according to an individually-designed program of repertoire.

Assessment

A 20-minute practical examination at the end of semester of an approved program of pieces (100%).
