Subject Description | The property industry. The valuation and analysis of investment real estate. Quantitative methods and financial analysis applied to property. The development of real estate. The regulation of land development. Feasibility/viability/sustainability studies. Residual valuation. The effect of town planning on land values. The property/business/economic cycle. Property market research. |
Assessment | One 2-hour examination (50%). Assignments totalling not more than 5000 words (50%). |
