Subject Description | Corporate real estate. Financial analysis of capital works. Strategic planning and accommodation decisions. Terotechnology, life cycle costing and cost benefit analysis. Depreciation and obsolescence and its effect on building value. Building asset and maintenance management. Development leases and construction and maintenance contract procedures. A basic understanding of financial mathematics is assumed. |
Assessment | One 2-hour examination (50%). Assignments totalling no more than 5000 words (50%). |
