Subject Description

An introduction to property management. Buildings in use. Value management. Building operations and maintenance; information bases. Building pathology. Asset management; facilities management and planning. Sustainability issues in property management - the 'new ethic'.

Assessment

Assignments totalling 5000 words (50%) and one 2-hour examination (50%).
