Subject Description

To enable students to:

  • recall and analyse operational and management practices in relation to a specific agricultural industry relevant to their stream of study;

  • acquire a range of operational skills that will enable them to perform effectively in an employment situation upon graduation; and

  • understand the aspects of industry that relate to seasonal and other cyclical patterns.

Assessment

One 5000 word report (100%).
