Subject Description | This subject consists of a number of options that focus on social work practice with different populations and settings, such as children and families; ageing, mental health; women; Indigenous studies; health; psychiatric disability; local government; intellectual disability; alcohol and drugs and immigration. The subject is intended to enable students to increase their understanding of the policy and practice context of multi-method social work in a major field of practice. |
Assessment | Written work totalling 4000 words. Attendance at a minimum of 75% of seminars is a hurdle requirement for this subject. |
