Subject Description

This subject builds on 196-005 Social Work Theory & Practice 1 to develop further knowledge and skills related to the practice of social work with individuals, families, communities and groups. Students who complete this subject should be able to demonstrate their familiarity with a limited number of theoretical perspectives and relate those to the practice of social work in their supervised professional practicum.

Assessment

Written work totalling 4000 words. Attendance at a minimum of 75% of seminars is a hurdle requirement for this subject.
