A 1-hour tutorial and a 1-hour language laboratory class per week

Subject Description

In this subject students continue to develop language skills necessary to understanding authentic Indonesian language transmitted through a variety of popular and non-print media, e.g. radio, television, film and the internet. Topics will cover a variety of current affairs in Indonesia, including gender and ethnic issues. Information accessed through these media will form the basis for critical discussion in Indonesian. Students will also produce a media project in Indonesian.
