Subject Description | This subject introduces students who have completed Reading Russian for Social Scientists A (or at least the equivalent) to more advanced social science texts (texts on current affairs, history, politics, sociology, geography etc.). By the end of the subject students should be able to read, understand and translate into English advanced Russian texts with the aid of a dictionary. |
Assessment | Written work totalling 3000 words and a 1-hour exam. |
