Subject Description | The general objective of this subject is to develop an understanding of key operating environment factors in the Australian dairy industry - and associated management systems. At the completion of this subject students will be able to:
The subject will focus on the many inter-dependent linkages impacting on the Australian dairy and food industries. These factors - both internal and external - can be examined via a series of environments. |
