Subject Description | Students are required to participate in staff-supervised Faculty ensembles as directed by the Dean. On completion of the subject, students should have developed the ability to perform sympathetically with other members of the group; be aware of the importance of individual preparation; become sensitive to the requirements of working in groups, large and small, particularly with regard to regular and punctual attendance; have an understanding of the range of repertory available for the ensemble group of which the student is a member. To attend concerts that inform, complement and develop the student's knowledge and appreciation of the ensemble they are participating in. |
