Subject Description

A study of teaching and learning in physical education in the secondary school. The subject will combine theoretical and practical issues in planning units of work from the Curriculum and Standards Framework and the VCE study design, and address such issues as appropriate resources for teaching, risk taking and safety aspects in physical education and in outdoors settings, motivation for physical activity; the development inclusive curricula and assessment.

Assessment

Assignments totalling 4000 words.
