Subject Description | A study of: social and cultural constructions relevant to understanding diversity in the global workplace; constructions and alternative definitions of access and equity in education and training; and the development of appropriate training and learning strategies to address diversity in the global workplace. |
Assessment | A two-hour examination on critical concepts explored in this unit of study (50%), and an assignment of 2000 words or equivalent (50%). |
