Subject Description | An introduction to selected learning theories, concrete and abstract thinking; theories of intelligence; strategies for identifying the learning needs of individuals and a consideration of individual learning, preferred training styles and how these may affect communication in HRD. |
Assessment | A two-hour examination on critical concepts explored in this unit of study (50%), and a report of 2000 words of equivalent (50%). |
