Subject Description

At the conclusion of 12 weeks' appropriate experience students should have an appreciation of some of the practical aspects of engineering and have gained some insight into aspects of working as a member of a team.

Satisfactory completion of 12 weeks' approved practical experience.

Assessment

Satisfactory completion of a practical experience diary due at the end of first semester of a student's final year of study.
