Subject Description

In this subject students will select one option from the units offered in any year. Offerings may include: Advanced Social Work with Groups, Managing Conflict, and Advanced Family Practice and Working with Children and Adolescents. These elective units offer students an opportunity to explore a range of social work intervention skills in an interactive and experiential way, working from an explicit theoretical base.

Assessment

Written work totalling 4000 words. Attendance at a minimum of 75% of seminars is a hurdle requirement for this subject.
