Subject Description | Over the last one hundred years Korea has passed through periods of foreign invasion, colonialisation, domestic social upheaval, civil war and national division. This subject will examine the structure of society in terms of the changing patterns of education, employment, family arrangements, organisational behaviour, culture and the arts. |
Assessment | Two 750-word assignments, and a 2500-word essay, and class participation, and a 2-hour examination. |
