Subject Description | This subject offers students an instruction in language patterns, grammar, reading and writing. An additional 100 Chinese characters will be taught and a wide range of audio-visual materials will be used. |
Assessment | Two 2-hour examinations, and class participation. To be eligible for assessment students must pass 70% of weekly tests, attend 70% of classes and hand-in 70% of homework. |
