Subject Description | This subject builds on first year work and begins to look seriously at phonological, morphological and syntactical structures while continuing to improve the fluency of students. Post-World War II literature is studied. |
Assessment | A book review of 1500 words, and an assignment of 1500 words, and a 1-hour written test, and a 2-hour oral exam (including a role play in small groups, a short dialogue in Vietnamese and a multiple choice aural-oral test). Students must attend at least 70% of classes to be eligible for assessment. |
