Subject Description | Students will gain an in-depth knowledge of the selected Australian repertoire or musical issues studied, a working knowledge of the relevant literature, and an ability to apply appropriate scholarly methods to other Australian topics. Seminars on selected topics to be advised. These include Australian aboriginal music, folk music, country music, popular and rock music, performers and composers, migrant music. |
