Subject Description | Planning and forecasting human resource requirements. Recruitment and selection. Remuneration and reward systems. Appraisal, evaluation and employee motivation. Design and implementation of employee training and development programs. Quality of work life and productivity improvement programs. Managing effective working relationships. |
Assessment | A 2-hour end-of-semester examination (70%) and assignments totalling 2000 words (30%). |
