Two 1-hour lectures and a 1-hour tutorial a week

Subject Description

Regression including logits, time series, index numbers, statistics for managers, marketing, accounting, finance and economics. Business simulation. Hypothesis testing using the t- and chi-squared distributions. Analysis of variance.

Assessment

A 2-hour end-of-semester examination (80%); assignments not exceeding 50 pages in total (10%); and a mark based on tutorial attendance and participation (10%).
