Subject Description

This subject is designed to present students with knowledge and skills relating to the modification of general social work practice when working with certain populations. In particular the subject will address social work practice with indigenous Australian groups, culturally sensitive practice and work with Gay and Lesbian clients.

Assessment

Written work totalling 4000 words or equivalent. Attendance at a minimum of 75% of tutorials is a requirement for this subject.
