A 1-hour lecture and a 90-minute seminar per week

Subject Description

An evaluation of very recent criminological research conducted in Australia and overseas. Students completing the subject should be able to evaluate recent research in terms of its adequacy of methodology and effectiveness in presentation. Case studies used in this subject vary from year to year. Students are advised to consult the department to find out this year's topic.

Assessment

Written work totalling 5000 words. An examination may be substituted for part of the written work.
