Subject Description

An advanced study of problems and issues in contemporary political philosophies, with reference to some of the major theories of Liberalism, Marxism, Republicanism, Anarchism, and Welfare State. The application of such theories to contemporary practical issues such as sexuality, race and environment.

Assessment

Written work totalling 5000 words.
