Subject Description

This subject is designed to allow students the opportunity to integrate their linguistic skills into their approach to reading texts. In particular, issues of semantics, syntax and accidence are addressed explicitly and the problems researching ancient languages discussed. This course provides the opportunity to address these questions directly to students who have completed at least two years of preparation in the relevant language.

Assessment

Written work totalling 4000 words.
