Japanese 3A-Core and Japanese 3A-IT, or equivalent. Students must be concurrently enrolled in 3B-IT.

Subject Description

The format is similar to Japanese 3A, but will deal with longer, more complex texts. A further 100 Chinese characters will be introduced.

Assessment

Assignments and quizzes totalling 1000 words, and a 2-hour examination, and a 20-minute oral test. Students are required to attend a minimum of 70% of all classes in order to be eligible to take examinations.
