Chinese 1B and Spoken Chinese 1B, or equivalent. Student must be concurrently enrolled in Spoken Chinese 2A.

A 1-hour lecture and three hours of language classes per week

Subject Description

A post-elementary subject in Chinese. By the end of this subject students will know 900 Chinese characters, and will have a good grasp of basic grammatical structures.

Assessment

Assignments and/or tests totalling 3000 words, and a 1-hour exam.
