The Master of Training and Development (MT&D) is a two year graduate program. It is designed to prepare candidates who already have a university degree or equivalent for careers in training and development - in government, education and training agencies, amongst private providers, and in the training divisions of enterprises in both the public and private sectors. The prospective candidates will have a minimum of two years employment experience in training and development as an entry requirement. The program will provide them with the skills and knowledge to become competent educators and trainers, and to take on broader responsibilities in planning, design, supervision, management and policy-analysis.
