Subject Description | Development of skills in guitar and voice sufficient to lead music therapy activities proficiently. One semester each of instruction in techniques for guitar and voice: guitar strumming and picking, tonal improvisation, accompanying styles, bass runs, barre chords, first position chords; voice production techniques and group singing leadership skills. |
Assessment | Mid-year practical test (50%); end-of-year practical test (50%) |
