Two 1-hour lectures and one 1-hour tutorial each week

Subject Description

The role and changing nature of family relationships. The formation and termination of marital status. The legal consequences of marriage and divorce. The rights of parents and children, the implications of artificial conception procedures.

Assessment

Research work 3000 words (50%) and a 2-hour final examination (50%).
