Subject Description | A study of the way in which civil disputes are resolved whether through litigation in the courts or alternative dispute resolution. Traditional litigation involves questions of jurisdiction of the courts, the formulation of claims and the steps required to bring a matter to trial as well as enforcement of judgements of the court. |
Assessment | Final Exam 3 hours (100%). |
