Subject Description

The course is text-based, concentrating on recent articles and books on criminal law. The selection will vary from year to year. Printed materials will be provided where necessary.

Assessment

Research Assignment 8-10,000 words (100%) or Two Research Essays of 4-5000 words each (100%).
