Subject Description

Study of a selected area of law at an advanced level. Training in: advanced legal research techniques (including computer assisted legal research techniques); legal writing techniques and; oral presentation of research reports. Details of the areas of law to be covered in 1998 in Advanced Legal Research will be available at the time of course planning.

Assessment

Skills assignments (compulsory, no credit), oral presentation (compulsory, no credit) and research assignment (or equivalent) of 8000-10000 words (100%).
