Subject Description | Study of a selected area of law at an advanced level. Training in: advanced legal research techniques (including computer assisted legal research techniques); legal writing techniques and; oral presentation of research reports. Details of the areas of law to be covered in 1998 in Advanced Legal Research will be available at the time of course planning. |
Assessment | Skills assignments (compulsory, no credit), oral presentation (compulsory, no credit) and research assignment (or equivalent) of 8000-10000 words (100%). |
